With a strong compromise in R&D and continually improving its product portfolio, Safelayer offers two product families: KeyOne and TrustedX. Safelayer's KeyOne product family implements advanced public key infrastructures (PKI) for managing digital certificates, certificate validation and electronic time-stamping. Safelayer's TrustedX platform provides applications with information security and trust mechanisms -for electronic documents and web messaging- using a SOA (services-oriented architecture) and XML approach.
Safelayer R&D seek common mechanisms incorporating the intelligent management of information security and trust, providing greater control and simplicity in risk management of information. For this, Safelayer includes new models of information systems and emerging semantic languages for which access control, authentication and privacy are strategic areas, especially for corporate applications.
Labs includes a comprehensive set of documentation, project descriptions, tools and resources for integration and testing and experiment with current security standards such as ITU-T X509v3, OASIS SAML, CADES ETSI, ETSI XAdES, IETF Signature PDF, S/MIME, XML-Enc W3C and OASIS WS-Security, as well as emerging standards, within applications SOAP / WS or REST / WS.
